Issa was born and raised in Puerto Rico and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Accounting. She is fluent in Spanish, as well as English. She resides in an equestrian community in sunny Palm Beach County, FL with her pilot husband and 4 rescue cats. She likes to spend her free time volunteering for local animal rescue organizations.
